Quietly Known

so you’re ready when they ask.

A visibility app for counsellors and therapists in private practice

You know your website could be working harder. You've probably even started the page once or twice. The problem was never willingness — it was not knowing which page matters most, and starting from an empty screen at nine o'clock at night.

In testing now with 15 therapists · opens 1 December 2026

£17 a month when it opens, held for as long as you stay — and no emails in the meantime except the one that says it’s ready.

1

See what is missing

A visibility check of your real website, not a generic checklist.

2

Get clearer on who you help

Your Foundations shape everything that follows, once rather than every time.

3

Write pages in your own voice

Homepage, About, service pages, FAQs and blogs — without flattening you into AI copy.

4

Get it live and indexed

Because a perfectly good draft sitting on your laptop is still invisible.

What lands each month

One question. One finished page. Everything needed to publish it.

Not a pile of content you will never use. One page, complete — and then it is live.

The page itself, in your voice, structured the way a client reads
A heading, with alternatives to choose from
The meta description — the line that appears under your name in Google
The page address
The two or three client questions that belong on that page

Which of those you write is decided by the check — not by you guessing.

You may recognise this

Your website is warm. It just isn’t saying enough.

Perhaps you built it a couple of years ago, added the basics, and then largely left it alone. It sounds like a therapist wrote it — which is a good thing — but it may still be hard for the right client to work out, quickly, whether you are the person they are looking for.

You want your website to do more of the heavy lifting.

You dislike the idea of “marketing yourself” but still need people to find you.

You know you should improve your website, but deciding where to begin is half the problem.

And honestly

This probably isn’t for you if…

You want a promise that you’ll rank first on Google.

You want software to generate dozens of posts a week while you stay completely hands-off.

You are happy with your website and already know exactly what you need to publish next.

You want AI to invent the personal bits for you. Quietly Known won’t invent your qualification, fee or reason for becoming a therapist.

The important difference

You don’t choose a tool. The check decides what comes next.

Most writing tools begin with a blank box and ask what you want to make. Quietly Known begins with your website. It looks at what is actually missing, gives you your three highest-value pieces of work, and opens the right writer already knowing what needs attention.

That might be:

a homepage, an About page, a focused service page, FAQs or a blog answering a real client question.

Where the questions come from

You start from what your clients are actually asking.

Each month Quietly Known brings you a handful of real client questions for your niche — not for therapists in general, for yours. They are based on the language and concerns people commonly share when they are looking for support. You pick the one you would most want to answer, and that becomes the page.

This is the part that takes the guesswork out. No blank page. No wondering whether anyone actually cares about the topic. No writing for other therapists by accident, which is the commonest mistake on a therapy website.

The monthly rhythm

One page a month, start to finish.

Not more content for the sake of it. One useful piece of your website made clearer, written properly and actually published.

1

See what’s missing

The visibility check shows what matters most and gives you the work in order.

2

Write the page it points to

Pick one of the client questions it brings you, then it drafts from your Foundations and asks only for the personal facts it does not already know.

3

Get it live and indexed

You get step-by-step publishing guidance for your platform, then instructions for telling Google and Bing the page exists.

Why one page a month works

Consistency is the strategy.

Every clear page you publish is one more accurate answer about who you help and what you help with, sitting somewhere a person, a search engine or an AI tool can actually read it. One page will not change much. Twelve will. This is slow, cumulative work — planting seeds rather than chasing an algorithm.

Nobody can buy their way into being recommended, and anyone promising you rankings is guessing. What you can do is make sure that when someone — or something — goes looking for a therapist who does what you do, what they find is clear, accurate, and yours.
